Returns Policy

Returning Merchandise

 

Your satisfaction is our goal.

If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you had purchased or the item is damaged you may return any items for a full refund.  (Exclude shipping & Handling Charges)

Returns are accepted within our authorization only. 

In order to process a return, a phone call has to be made to our office or send us an email to nyctouchfan@gmail.com.

 

The email must contain the following :                            

 

Order # / Invoice Number # :

Style # : ( Description )

Reason for return : ( Explain why you want to return )

 

The return request has to be make within 3 business days after receipt of merchandize. 

 

All merchandise returned must be in the same condition as we shipped. 

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable order or merchandise returned due to customer error are subject

to 25% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

 

Restocking fee 25% will be charged on the gross order of the merchandise returned.

 

If there is any exchange item, please allow us 1 – 2 weeks for all the exchange merchandise to be ship out to you.

Refunds / Store Credit

 

Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you.

 

If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
